Christine and Sébastien welcome you to Villa Manguier

Villa Manguier is located in Rivière Salée at the top of a ventilated morne facing the island of Sainte Lucie. The villa is ideally placed for visiting the whole island, and is close to the expressway and shops.


You'll find 4 bungalows, a T2 apartment (2 to 4 people), a master bedroom, air-conditioned with sea views and decorated in local colors, wifi, a swimming pool, a carbet, a relaxation lounge, a barbecue and vehicles .


Parking is secure, with a space reserved for each unit, and household linen is provided.

On the evening of your arrival, you'll be offered a homemade planteur followed by a dinner in the local style.
You'll also find everything you need for your 1st breakfast in your fridge.
Group aperitifs in the carbet in the evenings give holidaymakers the chance to chat about the day's activities and other good ideas.


Theme dinners, such as lobster or tuna steaks, can also be organized.

Length of stay: 15 days

Sébastien picked us up at the airport with the rental car.
Very good welcome, from the evening we had a Ti Punch or other drinks with the other tenants. Took the meal under the Carbet and breakfast was included.
Very clean and everything was there. We appreciated the air conditioning. Changing the sheets and all the towels was very much appreciated.
When we returned from a walk we were happy to take a dip in the pool.
Christine and Sébastien would drop in if we needed anything.
Would definitely do it again!

Very nice discovery following a big scam by another rental company, where we arrived in a hurry...
In the end, absolutely no regrets.
The bungalows have a view of the sea in the distance, they're in the countryside but not isolated, and they're 5 minutes from the main road so you can explore the south without driving too many kilometers.
It's a quiet, restful place.
The bedroom is spacious and the bedding of high quality.
The kitchen area is very well equipped, with fridge-freezer, washing machine, plenty of crockery, pots and pans, cutlery and other utensils, and a cool box
A well-maintained communal swimming pool and a large carbet where you can sip a ti punch in the evening with the owners and other holidaymakers, who are also very friendly.
It's a very convivial moment.
We can only recommend Villa Manguier.

We really appreciated the warm welcome from Christine and Sébastien, who were always on hand to check up on their guests and chat with them. The location of Villa Manguier is ideal for visiting Martinique, the site is well laid out, the swimming pool is a pleasure to use, and the 1st evening meal and breakfast on the first morning are well thought out. The conviviality of the large carbet in the evening with all the bungalow + T2 guests is just what we were looking for. Impeccable cleanliness, sufficient facilities. We just wish we could have stayed longer!
